MDD Approach
We defined a Project Approach and a Technical Architecture both justified to coincide with end-customer's business objectives. The key to our approach is that we maintain the ‘what’ (functional requirements) in a structured repository and we automate the ‘how’ (software development, software maintenance and software deployment). This way we make a clear distinction between functional requirements and the technical abstraction that implements them. By automating the majority of the error-prone manual tasks, we ‘maximize the amount of work not done’, yielding agility and, in turn, achieve our end-customers objectives.
